Grant kit & measures
Need statement, outcome definitions, budget narrative, and the evidence checklist.
Support a practical 90-day cohort: existing digital skills learning, two Solve clinics, trusted neighborhood connectors, and paid time for residents.
Plan roughly $7,000–$16,000 for a cohort. This is a planning range, not an awarded grant or a promise of funded sessions. Confirm staffing, room costs, interpretation, and stipend administration before committing.
Participant time is budgeted at $30 per 90-minute session. Peer helpers and connectors are budgeted at $20 an hour.
| Inputs | Activities | Outputs | Outcomes to measure |
|---|---|---|---|
| Room, facilitator, data steward, connectors, stipend funding | Learn sessions, two Solve clinics, human review, peer-helper practice | Session counts, completed briefs, documented next steps, reviewed materials | AI-error spotting before/after; follow-through on briefs; documented resolutions; peer helpers retained at six months |
The Linwood / LAMP snapshot includes 3,666 service requests opened in the trailing 365 days, using five official city neighborhood polygons. It is not the older 15-neighborhood bounding-box sample in the handoff research.
Service requests measure reported problems, not prevalence, resident identity, or program impact. Closure medians exclude open cases. Methods and provenance are included in the pack.

No cohort outcomes are claimed before a cohort is completed and reviewed.
Decide the room, roles, stipend payer, access needs, and data rules before scheduling.
