Show the work. Check the result.
A useful brief is a start. A problem resolved, a better decision, or a neighbor ready to teach is what we want to measure.
No cohort outcomes published yet.
The resources and public-data snapshots are available. The first cohort’s dates, funding, and participant outcomes are not confirmed on this site. No service request in the dashboard is claimed as a NeighborhoodOS result.

- Problem briefs with a documented next step, and follow-through checked later.
- Resolved problems only when a source and human reviewer support that conclusion.
- Peer-helper retention at six months.
A public problem log will describe places and institutions only, after review. It will not publish household cases, participant names, or sensitive information.
